On Christmas Eve 2025, a storm tore the roof off and drenched everything inside Landwell and ILALI’s primary indoor gathering space — a large yurt that had just been fully restored and was actively hosting convenings days earlier.
We are hosting a fundraiser to help us resource the rebuilding of this wonderful space that has been such a hub for our community.
Come join us for an afternoon of community, music, and some storyshare about the restoration, culture and education work ILALI and our partners are enacting in West County and beyond!
This will include live performances by The Gathering Tree, Selena Feliciano, multi-media storyteller / poet Jason Bayani and more to be named.
We will also provide light snacks and beverages and we invite you to bring your curiosity, generosity and joy!
All proceeds will go to:
- Rebuilding Landwell and ILALI’s primary gathering structure with greater weather resilience and insulation
- Skilled construction and installation labor to ensure the work is done safely and well
- A fully functional bathroom to support guests, residents, and program participants
- Essential materials, infrastructure, and hosting needs
